This is when the sale of your home becomes legally binding and the buyer’s deposit has been transferred to your solicitor. Our team will let you know as soon as this stage is complete so that you are able to relax
COMPLETION AND MOVING IN
Completion and moving in normally coincide on the same day. We will only release keys once your solicitor confirms he has received funds. If you are moving on to another property, we can help make sure this happens in tandem.
